About the Role:
As our Account Manager for ANZ, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our key accounts, driving revenue growth, and championing innovation.
From cultivating strong stakeholder relationships to identifying upsell opportunities and providing valuable product feedback, you’ll be happy to travel interstate for key meetings and play a vital role in shaping the success of both Fresho and our customers.

Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in each assigned key account
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to design appropriate customer marketing campaigns
- Gather product feedback and share insights with the product team
- Act as an ambassador for Fresho, an industry expert and proponent of all existing product offerings, future products and services, and the Fresho Network as a whole
- Ad hoc involvement in Enterprise related events
Account Management
- Manage Key Account Enterprise relationships (Communication, high level of service and Churn prevention)
- Expand designated Enterprise Accounts (leveraging other parts of Fresho's offering)
- Enterprise Referrals (Actively seek Enterprise Referrals from existing Enterprise Account)
- Enterprise Training Coordination (liaising with Fresho Customer Experience to ensure Key Enterprise accounts are maximising the Fresho features)
- Feedback Product and Marketing Intelligence to the relevant teams in Fresho (Product feedback)
Revenue Growth
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities to grow overall account portfolio
- Expand footprint of Fresho products into assigned accounts - incl. Card Payments, Order Entry, FreshoPay, and other Fresho products as the platform evolves
Process & Data Improvement
- Provide input to develop and implement best practise account management processes for Fresho
- Ensure Salesforce is the single source of truth for all business information, meetings, phone calls (using Aircall), and feedback
- Ensure all critical supplier information is up to date in Salesforce (other software, mobile numbers, emails, names, etc)
Experience and Key Attributes
- You will have had at least 3+ years experience managing and growing a portfolio in a sales or commercial account manager role, ideally in a B2B software environment..
- Have great commercial awareness and ability to build trust quickly with customers.
- Able to create and spot revenue growth opportunities within a diverse customer-base.
- Be fantastic at communicating over the phone, email and other channels.
- Be a curious and creative problem solver, able to collaborate with our Sales and Support teams to solve customer issues.
- Be excited to work in a fast paced environment, with an ability to pivot and execute on projects quickly.
- Be confident self-managing your own priority list as well as making data-driven decisions.

Salary: $100,000 AUD + Superannuation + uncapped commissions
